A fantastic, informative, and well attented talk was given by the Abbot of Cittaviveka Monastery, also known as Chithurst Buddhist Monastary. Ajahn Ahimsako and Karuna provided an insight into the early days of the Monastery, the structure of each day, and the foundations of their beliefs an how this worked in a modern world.
With over 60 people coming to the talk there was a lively round of Questions and Answers, with the result that all our attendees learned something new about our Buddhist Neighbours.
The hall offered a heartfealt thanks to our speakers and those that joined us for the evening.
