Hall Hire Charges
Our hire charges remain the same throughout the week, offering simple, consistent pricing with no weekend or peak-time increases. All bookings are charged at a flat rate for agreed hire periods between 6:00am and 10:00pm, making it easy to plan your event without worrying about fluctuating fees.
Whether you’re arranging a community activity, private celebration, meeting, exercise class or club session, our straightforward pricing ensures great value and complete clarity from the moment you book. If you require additional time, equipment, or have specific requirements for your event, we’ll be happy to discuss these with you when arranging your hire period.
Notes
- A £50 refundable deposit is required from any hirer.
- The Concessionary Rate is only for residents living within Stedham with Iping Parish, and for regular bookings.
- There is a Minimum charge for any booking of £20 to cover admin, heating & cleaning.
- The maximum charge for any daily period (6am – 10pm) is £150, or £120 for those qualifying for the Concessionary Rate.
- Heating and ventilation is included in the hire charge but the hirer is responsible for ensuring that use of heating is reasonable.
- Crockery, cutlery and glasses are included in the hire rate.
